Rasav Gems always attempt to provide high quality Natural minerals that are undamaged.
There might be chances when Gemstone may be needed to be returned. Returns are governed
by following these Terms and Conditions of according to the company norms.
Want to Return?
Our main purpose is to make the client satisfy with whatever product they purchase
from Rasav Gems. We offer our customers 30 days risk return/replacement
policy, in other words you have 30 days privilege from the purchase date of the
product for any reason, then a full refund of the merchandise without the amount
of shipping, handing and insurance charges. Besides the international customers
have 30 days to return the product. Products on sale or special offers could be
returned, but only for exchange. After 30 days of your purchase you can return the
product, which you shopped with us for replacement or exchange within 45 days of
the original date on the invoice.
Product Return Process
If any Purchaser will Shop with us include faults, damage and miss matching Stones,
which you have ordered. If it’s shipped, in these cases consumer should call Rasav
Gems within 2 to 3 of business days to arrange collection and also return. Rasav
Gems is not responsible for paying delivery or Shipment costs. Upon receipt on the
returned Gems, the cost of the Gemstones, as paid, will likely be refunded via payment
method used the Gems were purchased.
The company will not accept any broken, damage or scratched found in the gem from
client side. In such case the company will not exchange or return the fund. If any
Gemstone has been detected with any kind of problems, then the Consumer must be
Drop a mail within 2 days to the Rasav Gems team.
The return of the product should be in new and unused condition along with original
tags; "New and unused" But important is that simply refers here
to New and Unused- there should not any scratches, or marks on the item. In Such
case Rasav Gems cannot accept a return of any item along with any indication that
it has been used.
Lot of our products/Item are offered Via special deals, event discounts and promotions,
please must be note that while returning, whole lot/numbers are to be returned,
part lot or part numbers will not be acknowledged. All items or Product properly
returned under this policy are entitled for a refund and replacement at your option.
